Delete your HealthLists account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, workouts, workout templates, nutrition diary, tasks, body measurements, private food records, pending food submissions, uploaded exercise images, entitlement record, and active sessions.

Approved food nutrition data and sanitized product photos may remain in the shared catalog without your account identity. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play.
