These terms govern your use of the HealthLists Android and web applications.
1. Health and fitness information
HealthLists provides tracking tools and estimates for informational purposes. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Recovery, calorie, body-fat, BodyRank, and similar estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult an appropriate professional before making decisions that could affect your health.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be lawful and reasonably accurate. You may delete your account from the Android app or through our web deletion page.
3. User content and shared food submissions
You retain responsibility for content you submit. When you request approval of a food for the shared catalog, you grant HealthLists permission to review, correct, reproduce, and make that submitted nutrition information and sanitized product photo available to other users. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
4. Subscriptions and advertising
Paid Android subscriptions are processed by Google Play and are subject to its billing and cancellation rules. Features and prices shown before purchase control the transaction. Free or ad-supported tiers may display advertising subject to your available privacy choices.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, upload malicious or unlawful material, or interfere with other users or service operation. Access may be limited when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep HealthLists reliable, but availability, synchronization, estimates, and third-party integrations are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HealthLists is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from its use. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
